This is the 1987 catalog put out by Grey Owl -- the World's Largest Supplier of American Indian Crafts" (it says so right on the catalog cover). This is the 40th Anniversary Edition of the company located in Queens Village, New York. The catalog measures approximately 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches and has a heavy stiff cover that's printed in two-color black and green. Inside there are more than 190 pages with everything you could ever want related to American Indian crafts, attire, and costuming. The catalog includes headdresses, pipes, hats, beads and beadwork, clothing, leatherwork. tools, tomahawks, drums, claws, feathers, pattens, and so much more. This catalog is loaded -- I mean loaded -- with everything and anything related to Native American attire and style. Thee is an embossed library stamp on the front and back covers of the book, otherwise this is in extremely nice condition. The pages are all clean with no stains, folds, markings (just a name written along the bottom edge of the closed catalog pages), or soil. The paper is pliable and the binding is solid. All in all a nice addition to any collection that would make a fine reference and resource for any historian.
