**PLEASE READ-NOTE to MY Buyers-With all the new changes to Ebay and many sales fees at 8.75% plus other Seller fees, I MAY not be able to give a discount on combined shipping cost on certain AUCTION sales (this does not include Ebay Store Sales which state combined shipping cost)...IF the sale STATES combined shipping you will get combined shipping. Realistically, if something closes so cheap on a running auction, I will not combine the shipping with other items, I am sorry, but I am not in this business to pay people to take my stuff. As you can see my by feedback though, I do go over the final sale list of a buyer, and I try to come up with shipping cost that works good for everyone. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, If you do not plan on paying for the item within the Ebay 7 Day POLICY, DO NOT BID, all unpaid items will be reported as a UPI on the 7th Day..... I will be packing all auctions as small/light as I can to help keep cost down for both of us. The U.S. Postal fees have now gone 'through the roof', as you all know, many parcels have now DOUBLED in shipping cost!!! I will TRY to do my best to keep items being shipped as low as I can. The U.S. Postal Rates go not only by Weight, BUT also by the SIZE SHAPE of LETTERS Packages and 'Zones'. I DO NOT issue refunds SO be sure to Read through the auction BEFORE you bid, so you know exactly what you are buying; ALL SALES ARE FINAL, but, IF a Refund is given for some reason, it will only be for the auction item itself NOT for the postal fees. NOT all packages will be sent with Delivery Confirmation numbers. (Note:Delivery Confirmation from the U.S. Post Office is NOT a tracking number, because Not all packages are scanned by the Post Office, USPS sometimes forgets to do that, and I CAN NOT Stress enough that I am NOT responsible for scanning, handling, or delivery time of your packages once it is in transit and out of my hands. Insurance is a good idea, for that is the ONLY way the USPS will look for a package that did not reach you. I do NOT give refunds on lost packages (but I will state here that thank goodness NO packages were lost last year...). I will offer a Delivery Confirmation WITH INSURANCE as a 'package single cost fee'. If you want a delivery Confirmation label on your package YOU can purchase the Insurance I offer on the ebay auction and you will get both Insurance Delivery Confirmation number......OTHER Fees that have gone WAY UP are Postal Fees for OUT OF THE COUNTRY...like slow mail and Medium flat rates packages GONE discontinued by the USPS.....!!! **I normally ship auctions within 12-48 hours after payment. Yes, I am frustrated as you all can see...Thank you all for letting me 'vent' on this matter!!
