This auction is for a vintage edition entitled “Contemporary Review,” subtitled “Incorporating ‘The Fortnightly.’”
It was published by Contemporary Review, of London, in 1956.
The contents include:
· A New Look at the Kremlin? M. Philips Price, M.P.
· The Poetry of Walter de la Mare Dr. Alfred Noyes
· The Commonwealth Conference W. F. Gutteridge
· Human Rights in the Doldrums Dr. Norman Bentwich
· The Youth Problem in America Marc T. Greene
· Shadows Over France G. C. Logio

… and more …
The book measures 9.5 inches 6 inches.
The pages are generally neat (some creased corners), and a little faded with age. The binding is good, with no loose or missing pages. Apart from a library stamp on the front cover, there are no other ink or pencil markings in the book. The cover is sound for a softback of its age, with wear, small splits to the ends of the spine, bumps/creases and is a little faded/grubby.
A good reading copy of this vintage edition – the starting price is just ONE PENNY, with NO RESERVE, and I WILL SELL to the highest bidder.
I am more than happy to combine shipping on multiple purchases and cost will be determined on the total weight of your wins (see below for costs and full details).
Please click on “View Sellers Other Auctions” towards the top of this page for other vintage editions.
