International customers should be aware that most small items (under 3 pounds) are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. This service has no provisions for insurance or tracking. We ship domestically using USPS with complimentary delivery confirmation. While we have very good experiences with USPS, packages do get lost as they are not fully tracked.
