Do you combine shipping?
We can combine shipping on auctions that are similar and end on the same day. Combined is at our sole discretion and our option regradless. Our first priority is to a shipping method that gets your purchase to you safely / undamaged.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your item will be packaged and shipped generally within 15 business days of receiving your payment. At your request a tracking number can be emailed to you once the carrier has logged it into their system; this is a notification to you that your item is on its way.
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Each item is different, based on weight, package dimensions, distance and carrier service level (Ground, Same Day, etc..). Handling charges are included in the total shipping amount in the calcualtor.
Do you ship internationally?
Most items, yes. There are items that because of size, carriers will not ship internationally. And there are categories that your country does not allow. You must contact us before bidding to ask if we will ship to your country.
What does "Sold As Is" mean?
Since we cannot fully test every function of an item, all items are Sold As Is. Items cannot be returned.
I have not received an invoice for the item.
After each of our auctions close, eBay will automatically send an email to the winning bidder. At times, spam guards may prevent that email from reaching you, please make sure your email filters are not blocking these messages from eBay. You may also check out through your "my eBay" within your own account.
What does "Powered tested only" mean?
This means that we have plugged in and turned on the item to see if it started up, but have not performed additional testing.

We gladly accept all forms of payment through PayPal or money orders in US Funds only. An electronic invoice will be sent to you once the auction has closed.

Shipping Info
Domestic SH: All Packages will be shipped via shippng company that best suits our shipping department needs.
Frieght: If item is going by frieght you will need to provide
1. Complete address with zip code.
2. Provide info on wheather it is a buisness or residatal address ( if buisness address provide complete buisness names.
3. Does the delivery address have a fork lift and or loading dock or will the delivery truck need to have a lift gate.
4. A contact person and contact phone number must be provided.

International SH: All Packages will be carried by USPS, contact us at PFIIEBAY@BELLSOUTH.NET for a shipping quote. Please include your Country and Postal Code. We will respond with the shipping quote within one (1) business day. PayPal requires that the seller (PFII) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
Canada SH: All Packages will be carried by USPS at the rate quoted ; no additional brokerage fees will apply to your shipment, however normal taxes and duties will apply. PayPal requires that the seller (PFII) use a traceable and insurable shipping service level for all shipments.
Confirmed Address: We reserve the right to refuse to ship to unconfirmed addresses to protect our buyers. If you do not have a confirmed address or would like your package shipped to another address please email us at PFIIEBAY@BELLSOUTH.NET addressing the reason for not shipping to a confirmed address.
Handling Fees: A fee will be added if you rquire special packing if you do require special packing you must email us. We have the right to refuse special packing so please email before auction end.
