Family Circle Address Book Calendar Shabby Watercolors Description: Thank you for looking at this chic little Family Circle address book desk set. It was made in Ashland OH for Martin Designs. It is a hard covered, tri-fold kit that closes with a magnet and includes a note pad, calendar, and address book covered in shabby shades of cream, lavender, yellow and green watercolors. Measures: 4 inches x 6¼ inches x ¾ inch. Condition: This book has never been recorded in and is in unused vintage condition. The colors are vibrant, no dog ears, tears or bends. Payment: Paypal only please. Payment is expected within 7 days of winning bid. I really hate to do this, but because of past bidders that do not pay - ITEM WILL BE REPORTED AS UNPAID WITH EBAY if winner has not paid for item within 7 days of winning the item or contacted me with other arrangements. Shipping: Packaged as if I was on the receiving end of a very fragile piece, I use lots of packing materials. A $1.00 fee is included for handling, packing materials, and shipping confirmation. This also helps with the Paypal Ebay fees. Handling includes shopping for items (can you BELIEVE the price of gas?!), cleaning the item up a bit (you don't want anyone else's dirt!), and finally - packing with care for the trip (I used to work for the P.O. and I remember how the packages get bounced around) to your home. COMBINED shipping saves us both time and money. Please wait to pay until auctions for all items you are bidding on are complete and I'll send you a discounted shipping rate. Shipping = full rate for largest/heaviest + 50% off on 2nd item if they can be combined. Combined shipping discount applies to all items won during a seven (7) day period. Insurance is recommended - some packages DO get lost or damaged and I'm sorry, but I cannot be held responsible for items after they leave my posession. Buyer - Seller communication is important to me so please contact me at any time using contact seller feature. Terms of Sale: Let's face it; I'm trying clear the clutter so I really don't want it back. If I've misrepresented something it is by accident only. I'm a good Catholic gal who's earned plenty of guilt-trip miles on my own I don't need any more thank you. You'll you'll look the item over pretty well when you get it and if there is a problem let's talk about it. If you are not happy with something, contact me let's see how we can make us both happy. ; ) I'm not trying to get rich on here; just make some pocket change to support my garage estate sales habit. Contact Us: Please feel free to email me through Ebay "contact seller" feature with questions or to request additional photos prior to bidding. Although this item has been described to you as though I were a bidder looking for flaws or imperfections, I am NOT an expert by any means. If I were, I might be sunning myself on a beach in the Caribbean sipping Piña Colada's with those cute little umbrellas (being an expert might have afforded me the opportunity to retire early!). Please keep in mind vintage items do have a past life (we don't EVEN want to go there!), they might have some small imperfections (don't we all?). Please contact me if I am misrepresenting item to your knowledge. If your experience and the product were up to your expectations, your positive feedback is important to me prospective bidders. If this transaction item were not how I described or how you expected, please contact me right away I will try to make it right. If this transaction was satisfactory you are pleased with the item, would you mind taking a moment to leave positive feedback for me? This will help not only me as a seller, but also future bidders. Once your positive feedback is complete I know you received your item, I will gladly leave positive feedback for you as well. Thank you for looking and good luck bidding!
