Bidders with No Feedback
We reserve the right to cancel any bid at any time from buyers with no feedback. Buyers with no feedback must contact us before bidding or bid will be canceled without notice.
Forms Of Payment
We will accept PayPal (Preferred), Cashier's Check or Money Order. We DO NOT accept personal checks. Cash will only be accepted if picking up item locally.
If Paying with PayPal
We will only ship to your Confirmed Address. If you do not have a Confirmed Address or need your item shipped to an alternate address please mail us either a Cashier's Check or Money Order. If sending a Cashier's Check or Money Order make sure to have the auction item number written on it.
If Paying with Cashier's Check or Money Order
Please let us know at the end of the auction. Make sure to write the auction item number on the Cashier's Check/Money Order.
Prompt Payment
Payment MUST be made within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment is not received within this time period, and contact has not been made by the buyer, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed. Appropriate feedback will be left.
Paying For Multiple Items
If you are bidding on multiple items and want combined shipping, items must end in the same week. Payment will need to be made within 7 days of the close of your last auction won.
Tax
All Texas residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process.
Leaving Feedback
Feedback is left promptly when we are sure you are satisfied with your item. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please contact us first before leaving negative feedback.
FEES - SHIPPING - LOCAL PICK UP - RETURN POLICY
Fees
Please use the shipping calculate to determine shipping fees before bidding. Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item, shipping destination and a handling fee of $3.00 per auction. Delivery confirmation is free and is included with each shipment. Insurance is NOT included in these fees.
Insurance
Insurance is optional up to $50 and is recommended unless the item is fragile. Fragile items will be required to add insurance (unless choosing UPS) at any bid amount. Items with a bid over $50 are required to purchase insurance. If payment is made without adding the insurance amount (unless choosing UPS) we will not ship your item out until insurance is purchased. Please see prices below to determine the additional fee for insurance coverage for items shipping via USPS. If choosing UPS, insurance is included up to $100. If the value of the item is over $100 it will be $1.50 and $.55 for each $100.

Handling Time
Merchandise will usually ship out in 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. International orders may take an additional business day.
Combined Shipping
If multiple items are won in the same week, we will combine shipping. Shipping cost will be based on the total weight of items plus a handling fee of $3.00 for the first auction and $.50 for each additional auction won. There will be certain circumstances when we cannot combine items for shipping (e.g. glassware with heavy objects).
International Shipping
Buyers outside of the U.S.A. are responsible for fees incurred through customs. Please take these fees into consideration before bidding. We are not responsible for paying for customs fees.
Local Pickup
Local pick up is always welcomed. All local pickups will be charged state and local sales tax plus a handling fee of $3.00. You MUST pick up your item within 10 days of the close of auction. Items can be picked up during normal business hours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (by appointment). Please contact us after the auction to let us know what day and time you will be arriving to pick up your item.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to accurately list and photograph every item so you can buy with confidence! We are not experts and do make mistakes. Therefore, we can only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As-Is. Please do not leave negative feedback without contacting us first.
If the item was not as described in the auction, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item. If you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Only authorized returns will be accepted.
