Overall very good condition for 33-yr-old age (carefully stored in plastic sleeve will be sent to you in same great shape) w/normal age wear tear from previously being read USED - spine still tight intact, some light cover soil, scuffs, scrapes, wear tear, as seen in pic, but nothing missing or torn off, and inside pages in overall great shape w/only normal age-yellowing, corner edge wear tear/curls, creases, crinkles, but NO major rips or tears, NO writing, NO tape or torn out or missing pages that I can tell, and NOTHING TO DETRACT from contents; NO mailing label. 174 total pages; measures 10-3/4" x 9". From elderly couple's estate auction in Southwest Missouri. Any color variation, distortion or other spots not mentioned are from scanner light reflection.
