Book is in overall acceptable to not quite good condition. Cover boards have some scratching, scraping, and minor scuff marks. Pages show age discoloration/yellowing and some underlining of text; note written on inside endpaper and owner name written along with Convent Sacred Heart, Lake Forest, Illinois, Fifth Class, September 21, 1916 (think this is now known as Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart in Lake Forest, IL). Spine slightly loose and some scuff marks/aging on endpapers and outside page edging. Nice fold out color map in front of Gaul in Caesar's Time; has some creasing.
