I will gladly REFUND the purchase price if the item is not as I have described in the listing. If you are less than satisfied with the item you receive, please contact me. It is very important to me that all of my buyers are happy with their stuff! Nobody is perfect and occasionally I miss something or make a mistake. I will be the first (well, second since you would be the first) one to acknowledge my error and do what I can to make things right for both of us. I am an honest seller (really I am) and I am not trying to deceive anyone...please keep that in mind when you are composing that email ripping my head off after receiving an item that doesn't fit you, has broken in transit (only happened once), or is not what you expected. I have yet to encounter a problem that couldn't be worked out to everyone's satisfaction. So, let's all be nice to each other! Maybe we can end those rumors about eBayers being mean and nasty.....
