RETURN POLICY
You may return your item(s) to us for an exchange or for a refund of the purchase price (buy it now price or final winning bid price) within 14 days of delivery to you (the package must be back to us within 14 days to be eligible for return or exchange). Shipping/Handling charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for return or exchange, you must contact us BEFORE sending anything back so we can issue a Return Authorization # and give you the correct address for return.
Exceptions:
1. If your item is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be responsible for damaged, defective or incorrect items if you fail to notify us within 48 hours.
2. Your item(s) must be returned to us in brand new, resaleable condition with all paperwork and packaging you received. Any item(s) not so returned will not be accepted.
3. Items that are factory sealed and cannot be resealed once opened cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged during delivery.
