REI Real Estate Flipping Consultant Program Guide
Become a Flipping Consultant and make 2% on the deal!
This guide is for our Real Estate Investing (REI) house flipping consultant program.
It outlines the basics of how our program works.
Why work with our network?
1) We have a no credit check - stated income program!
*Requires only 10% of sale price from buyer up front.
2) We help sellers get cash for the sale of their home.
We pay up to 90% of the value of the home. *87.50% for this program.
3) We buy from the seller and flip to the buyer same day.
So commissions can be paid in 5-7 business days on average to you!
4) We sell the homes for an average of 10-25% more on each flip.
*12.5 - 27.5% with this program.
5) We are private investors and not Real Estate Agents.
Which means you do not need to to have a real estate license.
Your commission is paid after closing. It is not paid at closing or from the HUD.
6) All you do is find sellers (for sale by owner homes are best) and offer to buy the home from them.
You simply tell them you contract for a Real Estate Investment Company that flips homes and that you will be finding them a buyer and flipping the home. They do not pay us any fees or have to sign up for anything, we simply buy from them at an agreed price under market value and then find a buyer and flip to them. We can finance buyers banks can't and will not finance, which means you can sell homes easier than you'd think!
7) You must sign a non-disclosure, confidentiality agreement and non-compete agreement to be sent this guide. You agree to tell no one what you read in our guide, to keep our company business methods secret and that you will not compete against us after learning our methods. *If you already flip homes you can use our programs to flip homes to your buyers and get them financed. There is no benefit to use the consultant program on your own properties. Only to use the flip program to finance your buyers on your own properties is there a benefit. The consultant program only benefits you with a profit when using on other people's properties.

If after reading the progam you wish to become a REI Flipping Consultant for us there is an annual membership fee of $500. This must be paid before you can work as a consultant for flipping real estate and earn the 2% commission on each property you flip.

EARNINGS REQUIREMENT- You must have a Social Security Number (SSN), Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) to join and will be required to fill out a W9 form and you are responsible for the taxes due on your commission. Your earnings will be reported on a 1099 each year.
