I guarantee to ship the item within 2 business days of receiving payment for the item. All I ask is that you provide payment within 3 to 5 business days of winning the auction. If the sale price is above $5, I will provide delivery confirmation at no extra charge. If the sale price is above $50, I will provide insurance at no extra charge.
When computing estimated shipping for each auction, I take into account not only the actual shipping charge, but the time I spend with the item itself – preparing the item for listing which includes examining, cleaning, photographing, and researching the item as well as the actual packaging and sending of the item. That is what is known as HANDLING, so the price I quote for shipping is actually a “shipping and handling” fee.
If you want to bid on multiple auctions, I can combine shipping if you win more than one of my auctions – just ask ahead of time for the specific discount on the shipping and handling cost as each auction is unique!
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – I can provide shipping internationally on most auctions – please contact me letting me know what country you are from, and I will figure out the shipping cost and edit the auction to make shipping to your country available.
Finally, I want every customer to be 100% satisfied with the transaction, so I will consider the return of any item for a full refund. All I ask is that you contact me first with the details of your dissatisfaction and give me a chance to make it right. In fact, if the problem is a result of my error or mistake, then I will provide reimbursement for the return shipping. However, if the reason for wanting to return the item is buyer remorse or dissatisfaction with the item in some way other than the way it was described in the auction, I will need you to pay for the return shipping. Again, please contact me before sending any item back for a refund.
