Returns are accepted for items that are in new, resellable condition. Merchandise cost is refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us BEFORE making any return. Refunds are sent in the same form of payment as paid - PayPal and PayPal e-check payments will be refunded via PayPal, Cheques and Money Orders will be refunded with a Company Check.
