I always try to post within 24 hours of receiving payment (Monday to Friday only). Please note that post and packing charges are not just the cost of the stamps but cover envelopes/bags/labels etc and also the cost of trips to the bank to pay cheques in and to the Post Office. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. I always obtain a certificate of posting. In the event that your item is not delivered or is damaged in the post, I will send you the certificate of posting so that you can chase up Royal Mail. If you require your item to be insured or sent recorded delivery, please email me before payment so that I can send you an amended invoice to cover this.
