***Effective 7-9-08*** Please check the My World Page for some of the policies that I have as well as others that can be found here: From 7-9-08 foreword, bidders with a feedback score of less than (10) Ten, MUST contact me prior to placing a bid on ANY auction. I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids placed on any item, at anytime, and for whatever reason I deem necessary when I suspect suspicious activity.
If you do not pay the direct cost of insurance for your item, you are NOT entitled to a refund because I am not entitled to a refund with the post office. If you want your item to reach you faster, one must pay for that service that is offered. Delivery Confirmation online should solely show when the item gets delivered and nothing more! If you want to detail your item's trek through the system, you must pay for that service.
We rely on the post office to deliver things. If I provide you with proof that I shipped your item, than I did! It takes more time to answer emails, call the post office, than the cost of the actual item.
Refunds: I do give refunds more time than not. A refund consists of the total sale price (which is the sale price of the item and the initial cost of shipment) and nothing more! If you return something in a store, you do not get the gas money it cost you to get to the store, so one would have to pay for the return postage.
Lastly, if you have any questions whatsoever, please feel free to email me as I respond to emails quite quickly.
