This cookbook has been on my shelf for over 20 years.
I do not think I ever used it
Hardback edition in excellent condition!
Some very light shelf wear spot on bottom of cookbook
Spine and pages are in excellent condition, with slight yellowing
No tears, spots or writing
Dust cover has some tears on the edges.
