Some specifics about the actual book being offered:
The Abby Winner 1995 sticker is a bit worn looking (the way stickers look, when their adhesive can be seen through the sticker).
There had been some other types of stickers near the Abby ... sticker. I removed as much of the sticker residue as I could, but there is still some residue on the cover.
There are three little dots on the upper right-hand quarter of the cover that are showing white, where the blue cover material was penetrated at some point.
The bottoms of the pages have a waviness to them -- it looks like the book was exposed to moisture -- the white/lighter-colored pages show a light staining on the lower outside edges.
One page has a top outside corner ripped out (diagonally, about 3/4 x 3/4).
There are no hand-written/drawn marks on any of the pages.
Based on all of the above, I rate the condition of the book as acceptable.
Well, there you have it -- a great story with a wonderful moral lesson that we can all learn from. Yes, this copy is not fresh, but it should please your youngsters, with the bright, shiny scales of the Rainbow Fish -- and, the opening bid is only a penny, with no reserve.
