You can prevent this by entering your Maximum Bid (highest amount you're willing to pay) when you place your bid. Then, if someone places a higher bid, yours rises just enough to cover theirs (up to your maximum). This gets you the best possible price, and reduces the odds of being sniped. It also prevents you from forgetting to bid at the last moment. I get emails all the time saying "I got distracted and did not get to bid. Do you have any more??" I almost never do! We reserve the right to disqualify any bidders with significant negative feedback and offer the item to the next highest bidder. All payments must be received in 7(seven) days after auction ends or you will forfeit the item and we will be forced to relist it. Non-payment will result in a credit request from EBay and may result in negative feedback.
Shipping Terms: First if you do not agree with the shipping and handling amount, please do not bid. All winning bidders must request insurance if desired or it will be sent without insurance. An additional charge will be added for cost of insurance. We do take great care in packaging your item, however, we cannot control how package is handled once it leaves our hands. We ship a few times a week and due to high number of auction wins please allow 7-14 days to receive your package. Please do not expect your item to arrive next day. SORRY NO LOCAL PICKUP.
