I have a stack of great old catalogs that came from the estate of an architect who actually lived in Stockholm in the 60's and got a taste for Scandanavian design.
This is a great 1977 catalog from a company inspired by the success of Ikea. If you're a fan of Ikea or study Scandanavian design this is a must have for your collection. The company is called Workbench and in 1977 they had retail outlets in The NYC area, Boston, Hartford and Philadelphia basically using Ikea as their prototype before the Swedish powerhouse got a foothold here in this country. The photos are awesome. It measures 8 1/2" x 11" and is 36 full color pages long. It is in excellent condition and even comes with its original price sheet.
